this is an independent roleplay blog for an original character based in the marvel universe.
this blog is knowledgable in both MCU && some comic aspects of the marvel universe, however, this blog will be MAJORLY based within MCU. of course, there may be some comic influences from time to time.
this blog will be highly selective, highly private and mutuals exclusive ( this means i will only interact with mutuals. )
none of this is your fault at all, i just get really stressed out and i already manage so many blogs, as well as the fact i have had bad past experiences within the marvel fandom. but i'm back and im here to have fun just like anyone else.

i love love LOVE aus and other kinds of plots. honestly, they spice things and it means im not constantly repeating plotlines with people !!
i have multiple different fandoms, so crossovers are also welcomed and held in a high regard. my main fandoms are The Walking Dead and Marvel, obviously. but i am also knowledgable in Until Dawn, The Vampire Diaries / The Originals and more !! just ask !!
as for OCs, i think it goes without saying that i'm more than welcoming of OCs, comsidering this is an OC blog. HOWEVER, that doesn't mean i'm not picky. i WILL ask that you have a decent about page so i can get a jist for them. xx
shipping and smut.
i adore shipping, however, i do ask that the characters have chemistry. i'm not biased with whom i ship with, be it canon, crossover or original characters. so long as there is chemistry there.
but, im not just in it for shipping. i live for problematic ships, i live for platonic ships ( honestly, she needs friends... ), hate shIPSSSSS and sibling relationships ! honestly, i love it all.
i MIGHT just become ship exclusive with certain characters if they've made a special connection.
on a sidenote, shipping with you does not mean i’m in it for smut. smut will not be an option on this blog, not only because i’m underage, but also because it makes me rather uncomfortable. fading to black is completely fine and will happen if we get to that point. i'll pop you a message. xx

it is I, the turtle of the world. okay, honestly i am the sLOWEST person you will ever meet when it comes to replying to threads, but i have a lot of other blogs. ( which you can ask about if you wish. )
as well as this, i am kind of a chronic thread dropper !! i'm sorry !! usually i'll let you know, but if you haven't seen me reply to something, please do IM me to ask if i've dropped it rather than hold a grudge !! we can start something new !!
on a sidenote, i also have a lot of muses, which means that they can be tempermental and flighty. please respect if i disappear for a few days. however, i will try to be here as often as possible.
on formatting.
my threads tend to be either empty of formatting bc im lazy, or VERY format heavy.
i like to use the really small text, i triple space and i also tend to use a lot of bold, italicize, underline and ~~strike~~ when formatting.
i also like to use ( read, LOVE to use ) brackets like this, and also CAPITALIZE words.
i will ALWAYS use icons regardless of formatting or thread length and probably won't follow you if you don't use icons.
if ANY of this bothers you, please tell me and i will certainly be sure to limit my use of it when threading with you. ^^
about icons.
as mentioned in the previous page, i use icons all the time. they come from various sources. mainly hollow-art.
HOWEVER, despite the fact i dont make them, i do edit every icon on this blog by myself, one by one.

mental health: tanya suffers PTSD from time to time as a result of the car accident she suffered in october of 2011. nightmares are common. current treatment is Prazosin, a prescription drug used to treat the PTSD and helps to reduce nightmares.
FEARS: tanya has a fear being alone, extending from the loss she has suffered in her life, beginning with her parents, followed by her fiance and later the miscarriage of their child. death is also a fear that looms over her, again stemming from being surrounded losing a loved one. miscarriage.

          - gesturing when speaking, or 'talking with her hands', is something she's done since she was a child. it has carried through and is one of her more simplistic habits.

BIOGRAPHY

currently being rewritten for improvement !! it hasn't been renewed since beginning of 2015 and needs a good reworking. will be back soon !! for now i can give you a short and bullet pointed basic rundown.

tanya was born margaret tatiana maria stark, on february 28th, 1980. this makes her 10 years tony stark's junior, the youngest sibling and the only daughter.
her brother was and continues to be one of her main heroes, even when she was a child. she wanted to be just like him when she was younger.
this feeling of aspiration kicked in, in full effect, when a seven year old tanya watched as her brother recieved the 4th Annual M.I.T. Robot Design Award.
this point is probably one of many reasons she also went down the route of engineering, computer engineering and robotics.
she attended MIT early like her brother, at fifteen, entering their under-grad program, double major. one under their electrical engineering and computer science program, and another under their brain and cognative sciences program.
as well as attending MIT early, she also graduated early, at nineteen after continuing with a masters degree in engineering and maintaining her bachelor's in BCS.
during her time in education, she became friendly with one 'christian bailey'. he was her constant companion, even when she sped through her education. he was her equal in in every way. the two later entered a relationship, and they got engaged after graduation.
christian passed away tragically just a few months later, and to add fuel to the fire, tanya was in the early weeks of pregnancy. she hadn't told christian the news. so he died without the knowledge of his unborn son or daughter.
to make matters worse, tanya goes on to miscarry the unborn baby at just 6 weeks.
she seeks comfort in her brother after this. she also turns to tuning up cars, which helps take her mind off the losses. the last time she had suffered this much death at once had been as a child. the deceased being that of her parents.
soon the cars became an obsession, doing much more than just tuning them up, she took to completely transforming cars. upgrading them to be faster, more durable. to run better overall. and later, at 24, she turned to using them for herself.
from there, she tried racing, which she became a fan of quickly. by 27, she was considered some what of a professional racecar driver. it wasn't something a younger her would have expected.
the next bombshell to strike the younger stark is her brother's disappearance in Afghanistan, during may of 2010. for three months, she suffers false grieving, believing him to be dead.
his return 3 months later was relieving, but still a shock to her own system. she attempts to undo all the coping she's done, assisting her brother as he tries to come to terms with what had happened during his kidnapping.
( a have a bunch more shit to write about IM1 but im too lazy to. )
she continued her racing career after the events of IM one, but suffered an almost life threatening crash on october 2nd of 2011. she had to be removed from her car, which was essentially demolished.
she untimately suffered from the demolished car's metal embedding itself in both small and larger shards dangerously close to her lungs and heart. the larger shards were removed, but shock and bloodloss already undergone meant that operating and fishing around for small pieces of metal just yet could kill her.
tony stark essentially saved his younger sister's life that day, an electromagnet was used to prevent the fragments from shifting around and puncturing her organs. that is how Tanya acquired her Arc Reactor.

maria stark's long line of miscarriages meant that tony stark was the result of hard work and determination, but when the woman fell pregnant nine years later, she feared the worst. however, a little girl, margaret tatiana maria stark was born a healthy, albeit premature baby, at 35 weeks and 5 days.
her older brother might have been hard work and determination, but she was a miracle.

may, 2010 marked the date of anthony edward stark's disappearance in afghanistan, and yet tanya stark was determinded to wait it out. "he isn't dead" she insisted. "he'll be back soon". but days turned to weeks, and weeks turned to months, and soon a year had passed and tanya was beginning to accept the idea that her brother wasn't coming back.
she began slipping into depression. her behavior became more reckless, drinking more and partying. still she kept up with her racing, and when she crashes her car on october of 2011, with no one and nothing else to live for, she's ready for death.
when she looking up, she can see her brother, and she's assumed he's come to take her to the other side, and a smile graces her lips. heaven or hell, she'll have him again.
at least, that was her thoughts, until she feels his wrist pressed against her lips, and blood meets her tongue, strange and almost metallic in taste. his voice comes through, muffled as he urges her to drink it. and even despite the strange request, she does it anyway.
within minutes, her last fleeting breathe escapes her lungs, that was, until she wakes hours later, her supposedly dead brother by her side. taking her out on the streets, he encourages her to kill and feed on her first human.
they find a pimp, and one of his employees while lurking in hunts point, in the South Bronx of New York City. they take both, her brother taking the larger male as she takes the scantily clad young woman, her first taste of human blood completing her transition as a vampire.
with both stark's seemingly disappeared and deceased, their new status as undead vampires making it impossible for them to return to their old lives, the fate of stark industries falls to the hands of obadiah stane.
and so began the vampire life of tanya stark, alongside her brother, tony stark.
